Bake Sum

I got the seasonal passionfruit iced matcha latte. The passionfruit syrup is interesting as a flavor to pair but it curdled the milk. I'm not sure if that was the intention. 3/5 for this matcha. Gotta give a shout-out for the 5/5 okonomiyaki danish that was so savory and delicious. Delicious tart yuzu pound cake as well.

It was popular enough that they ran out of cups. Seasonal pastry flavor for May is Yuzu: pound cake and merengue bun.
