Junbi Matcha & Tea - San Francisco

I was surprised they had ceremonial grade, and whisks for sale but I don't think any were used, oddly they had opaque glass so you couldn't watch. I couldn't see the temperature water they used, and when they handed it to me it was drinkable, but the extreme bitterness makes me think it was boiling. From what I could see, I saw no temperature sensitive kettles.
